Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@spreadlovegeneralstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color where available. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.
